Details: Our incubator analyzer detects CO2 and O2 gas and is the perfect solution to an easy-to-use incubator analyzer for incubator gas level verification. This unit will verify the O2 and CO2 levels in your incubator to make sure your incubator is operating to specifications. Based on our industrial analyzer platform, this analyzer includes a built-in pump that is easy to use and very portable. Insert the tube into your incubator sample port and the other end into the analyzer. Ensure there is a moisture filter in-line to reduce errors caused by the high humidity in the incubator. Within 60 seconds, you will be able to determine the levels of O2 and CO2 in your incubator. Comes with a color screen, large digits, and on-screen real-time graphing. The detector is constructed with an advanced electrochemical oxygen sensor. The internal 32-bit microprocessor allows for user calibration, ON/OFF flow, and test control.

Which CO2 Gas Monitor shall I purchase for my incubator?

It all depends on your incubator. For example:

1. If your incubator has a sample air port, then you need the FD-600-CO2-O2-INC. This analyzer has a built in pump and will draw the air from the incubator to the analyzer. This is the ultimate and best most accurate way to test.
2. If your incubator does NOT have a sample air port, but does have a glass window door, you can use the FD-90A-CO2 (10%), and place the CO2 monitor in the incubator.  Versatile, but not as accurate as using the FD-600-CO2-O2-INC as explained in step 1.
3. If your incubator does NOT have a sample air port, and does NOT have a glass door window then you will need to engineer access to the incubator and use the FD-600-CO2-O2-INC so the analyzer can draw the air from the incubator to the analyzer for gas analysis.
