Compatible: FD-90A-Alcohol
These are generic Alcohol sensors used as the pin-to-pin replacement of the standard 4-series electrochemical sensors. It is used throughout many gas detector brands and is an excellent Alcohol gas sensor replacement element.
Our Alcohol sensor employs an advanced electrolytic mechanism where methanol and oxygen interact through precise redox reactions on specialized electrodes. By generating an electrical current directly proportional to the gas concentration, this sophisticated sensor enables accurate measurement of methanol levels. The current’s magnitude provides a quantitative assessment of CH3OH presence in various industrial and environmental monitoring applications.
Methanol detection technologies play a critical role across diverse industrial domains. From manufacturing facilities and chemical workshops to critical gas leakage monitoring, CH3OH detectors provide comprehensive gas concentration insights. These advanced sensing systems enable precise measurement, early warning mechanisms, and critical monitoring, supporting safety, process control, and environmental protection in multiple industrial application sectors.
