These are generic CH2O sensors used as the pin-to-pin replacement of the standard 4-series electrochemical sensors. It is used throughout many gas detector brands and is an excellent CH2O gas sensor replacement element.
Our CH2O sensor employs an advanced electrolytic mechanism where formaldehyde and oxygen interact through precise redox reactions on specialized electrodes. By generating an electrical current directly proportional to the gas concentration, this sophisticated sensor enables accurate measurement of formaldehyde levels. The current’s magnitude provides a quantitative assessment of CH2O presence in various industrial and environmental monitoring applications.
Formaldehyde detection technologies play a critical role across diverse industrial and municipal domains. From manufacturing facilities and municipal infrastructure to interior decoration and environmental monitoring, CH2O detectors provide comprehensive gas concentration insights. These advanced sensing systems enable precise measurement, early warning mechanisms, and critical monitoring, supporting public health, safety, and environmental protection in multiple application sectors.
